Meet Anna Huff, PhD

“You’re not just the stories in your head or the pain you’ve carried. There’s something in you that sees beyond all of that—something clear, awake, and already whole. The work is about clearing what clouds it, not becoming someone else.”

– Anna Huff, PhD.

About me:

  • I pursue my spiritual path like my life depends on it—because in many ways, it does. I move toward truth like breath, like fire, like something I didn’t choose but couldn’t stop even if I tried. It’s not about belief. It’s about direct experience. It’s about stripping away everything that isn’t real, so what is can finally take up space.

  • My version of comfort isn’t just soft blankets and tea (though those are real, too). It’s curling into the deep end of a lecture that pierces illusion. It’s early morning walks where the world feels clean and the veil is thin. It’s sweat and grace in a ballet class where the body moves into greater spiritual integration. It’s silence that scrapes me clean and meditation that takes me home.

  • I live for beauty that reveals something truer—not surface beauty, but the kind that arrests you, slows you down, reminds you that Spirit is still alive in this world.

  • I love my cat, Lyra, who might enter session space without permission and still somehow say the exact right thing or do the perfect soothing stretch at the exact right time.

  • I love the small, real joys—baking something with care, feeling the nervous system soften next to the person I love, laughing after a day that broke me open.

  • I believe we’re already living in a spiritually awake world. Most people just haven’t cleared enough static to perceive it yet. That’s the work. That’s the invitation.

Hi, I’m Anna Huff, PhD.

I'm here to walk with you into what’s true—what’s layered, complex, unspoken, and sometimes hard to stay with alone.

I’ve spent most of my life immersed in both psychological depth work and spiritual development—not as a brand, but as a necessity. My background is in clinical psychology, but my orientation is energetic, spiritual, and precise. I don’t separate the spirit from psychology. I don’t believe you can.

Some people I work with feel like something essential is just out of reach—like they’ve done the work, but something hasn’t landed. Others are already deep in their spiritual practice, but need support grounding that awareness into their body, their relationships, and their nervous system. What they share is a hunger for integration—not just insight, but embodiment. Not just realization, but spiritualizing the human layer of it.

This work isn’t about striving toward some perfected self. It’s about bringing your full reality—mental, emotional, energetic, and spiritual—into alignment. It’s about making space for what’s been waiting underneath to come forward, and learning how to live from that place.

When you’re ready, I’m here.

I’m not the kind of therapist who just nods and waits for you to connect the dots.

I work with people who want to go beyond the surface—people who sense there's more available within them, even if they can't name it yet. Whether you're holding unresolved trauma, feeling spiritually fragmented, or just tired of performing a version of yourself that no longer fits... this work is about returning.

My training includes EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing), NeuroAffective Touch®, and spiritual integration methods. But more than that, I bring presence, attunement, and honesty. I’ll walk with you into the stuck places—not to fix you, but to help you uncover the parts of yourself that were never broken to begin with.

Sessions with me aren’t polished or performative. They’re honest, sometimes uncomfortable, and rooted in real presence. I believe therapy can be a sacred space—not to ascend out of your humanity, but to meet it more fully. The goal isn’t to get back to “normal.” It’s to become more you than you’ve ever been.

This is a space where you don’t have to hold it together. Where you can bring the parts that are loud, numb, undone, or still waking up. We go wherever the work takes us—no masks, no pressure—just the steady work of coming home to what’s real.
