Online DBR Intensives
If you have the chance in this life to really become you, why wouldn't you take it?

What is a DBR Intensive?
A DBR intensive is focused DBR work over 2 to 4 consecutive days, with 2 hours of sessions each day.
While weekly sessions are valuable, some layers take time to reach, and an intensive gives you that time. Each day builds on the one before, so the work keeps deepening.
Also, DBR helps with more than symptom relief. DBR helps people separate who they actually are from the adaptations they made growing up, the automatic ways of being they never chose.
DBR intensives can also bring more things to the surface than people realized were present within themselves; new insights, new discoveries about the self and others, and also sometimes difficult layers (grief that was never processed, stark realities about the self, etc.). Regardless of what shows, the DBR intensive is oriented toward helping you move through and integrate those layers.
1. Free Consultation
If you are not a current client, we start with a short call. You tell me what's going on and what you're hoping for. I'll ask some questions and tell you honestly whether an intensive makes sense for you right now. If it doesn't, I'll help you figure out what might.
2. The Intensive
We meet online for 2 hours a day, for 2 to 4 days. Adaptations to this schedule can be made to best fit your needs. Each day, we choose the topic to explore with DBR. Sometimes clients want to remain on the same topic thread, and other times, clients want to shift from piece to piece. What’s most important is for you to follow what feels best for you. After one day of the intensive, new things will surface, which may give you an idea of what you would like to focus on next. For the sessions, you'll need a private, quiet space, a reliable internet connection.
2. Between Sessions
Between sessions, keep your schedule light. Rest, eat well, go for walks, and notice what comes up. Things often keep moving between sessions, and that's part of the process..
4. Integration Session
About 1 to 2 weeks after the intensive, we meet to look at what has shifted, what is still unfolding, and how you would like to move forward. Some people continue with weekly sessions afterward, and some choose to return only for intensives.
